'Collecting' Badges

Lock Picker: Use the hairpin to unlock the cupboard in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and collect the chocolate frog card.

Collect the hairpin from CoS, Chapter 4, Moment 4 (In the young blonde girls' hair and then return to CoS, Chapter 1, Moment 1. The cupboard under the stairs will be unlocked.
