Cornelius Agrippa can be found in Chapter 1, Moment 1.
It is in the cupboard under the stairs. To collect this card you must first find the hairpin (Chapter 4, Moment 4. Found in the young blonde girls' hair) Once you have the hairpin, go back to Chapter 1, Moment 1 where you can now unlock the cupboard under the stairs.

Newt Scamander can be found in Chapter 2, Moment 1.
Zoom in once. Run your mouse over the top of the bed (near the edge, close to the pillow where the white and blue meet)

Bertie Bott is in Chapter 3, Moment 1. 
Zoom out once, it can be found by the chair that has been knocked down. To see this card you must first mouse over the lamp, (to turn it on) near the chair.

Ignatia Wildsmith is in Chapter 4, Moment 2. 
It can be found in the washing basket.

Miranda Goshawk can be found in Chapter 4, Moment 4.
Zoom in once. Can be found on the bookcase on the back wall, it is on the second shelf.

Joscelind Wadwock can be found in Chapter 5, Moment 2.
Double click twice (you should see a smashed window). It's on the left, in the compartment.

Dymphna Furmage can be found in Chapter 6, Moment 3.
You will be rewarded with this card after guiding the pixies back into the cage. A video tutorial for guiding the pixies can be found here. Alternatively you can herd them into a group and then push the group towards the cage.

Bowman Wright can be found in Chapter 7, Moment 1.
Under the robes of the the Slytherin boy closest to you.

Under Lockhart's robes, near his right foot.

Zoom out once. Found in the basket.

Merwyn The Malicious can be found in Chapter 10, Moment 3.
Zoom in once. In the drawer behind Dumbledore.

Alberta Toothill can be found in Chapter 11, Moment 2.
You must find all three spells and answer the questions correctly. Click Lockhart to find Expelliarmus, answer is 'disarms'. Zoom in once, click on the girl's wand near the front to unlock Taranteallegra, answer is 'Dance widly'. Zoom in twice, click on the wand in the middle of your screen to unlock Tickling Charm, answer is Rectusempra.

Montague Knightly can be found in Chapter 12, Moment 3.
In the Slytherin Common Room. Zoom in once, scroll over the chess set on the table. This will open a drawer that contains the card. NOTE: To gain access to the Slytherin Common Room (if you aren't already in Slytherin) in this moment, you need to have brewed/obtained Polyjuice Potion.
