These are the regenerating potions ingredients scattered around Pottermore - Chamber of Secrets. Save your galleons where possible by finding these hidden items.
Note: You can only recollect ingredients if your personal stock, for that ingredient, is zero.

Flower Heads (in the hanging basket) and Honey (zoom in 2 times. The Jar can be found on the kitchen counter) can both be found in Chapter 1, Moment 1

Dried Nettles (zoom in twice. in wheelbarrow. Also in Chapter 14, Moment 2) and Rose Thorns (zoom in twice, found in bush on left) can be found in Chapter 1, Moment 2

Dragon Liver (zoom in twice, can be found on the window sill on the right) can be found in Chapter 4, Moment 3

Dragon Fly Thoraxes (found on the right hand side of the car bonnet), Root of Aconite (Double click twice, can be found on the right hand side of the car amongst the purple. Also in Chapter 15, Moment 2), Lavender (Double click four times, can be found on the right hand side of the train near the third carriage from the end) and Valerian Sprigs (Double click four times, can be found near the bottom right hand corner of the car. Also in Chapter 6, Moment 2) can all be found in Chapter 5, Moment 1

Fluxweed (Double click five times, can be found outside of the car on the right hand side) can be found in Chapter 5, Moment 2. Make sure your browser/page isn't zoomed in too much, if it is you won't be able to click it (go to settings on your browser to change your zoom). If you cannot collect fluxweed due to a glitch, try using turning of javascript and using the direct link. The details can be found here

Spine of Lionfish (zoom in once. On right hand side shelf, first bottle on the third row from top) and Eels Eyes (zoom in once. On the right hand side shelf, second row from top) can both be found in Chapter 5, Moment 3.
Bicorn Horn and Skin of Boomslang can also be found here after you successfully brew/obtain via gift the swelling solution and return to this moment (Zoom in twice. They are both located on the back shelves, first shelf from the bottom).

Valerian Sprigs (Zoom in once. On top of the table on the right) and Bat Wings (Zoom in once. In front of the left hand side table in the bag) can both be found in Chapter 6, Moment 2

Knotgrass (just above Ron's left shoe. Also in Chapter 15, Moment 2) and Horned Slugs (wait for Ron to throw up twice, then collect the ingredient from the pile of slugs) can both be found in Chapter 7, Moment 1

Slytherin Student's Hair (on the top of the tallest boy's head in the front row) can be found in Chapter 8, Moment 2

Leeches (Wipe the glass by clicking, holding down and then moving your mouse). Zoom in twice, on the ground) can be found in Chapter 9, Moment 2

Porcupine Quills (Right hand side of the clearing), Root of Aconite (Near the left side of the web. Also in Chapter 5, Moment 1) and Knotgrass (reward for keeping spiders away for 28 seconds. Also in Chapter 7, Moment 1) can all be found in Chapter 15, Moment 2

Remember that these only regenerate once you finish up your own personal stock and it only gives you 1 piece… and also that when you go back and pick these up, you don’t get another point.
